Registration Fees:  

     $80.00 per child - includes trophy and team picture

     $65.00 for under 6 - includes trophy/team picture/jersey

Uniform Fee:   

     $50.00  - complete uniform (jersey, shorts & socks)

You must have ALL of the following items to register each child:

     - 2 photos of player  (1” x 1” head shot)

     - Physician’s name and phone number

     - Parent or legal guardian to sign forms

     - Copy of their Certified Birth Certificate

     - A check payable to La Sierra Soccer Club (LSSC)

     - Any outgrown uniforms, cleats, or shin guards that your child can longer use  - either as a donation or to trade.
