How to Register  //
Where:

Items to bring:
  • 2 photos of player (1" x 1" head shot)
  • Physician's name and phone number
  • Bring last year's jersey number, if returning player
  • Fill out 2 forms per player. Both forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Copy of birth certificate if NEW player
  • Check payable to La Sierra Soccer Club (LSSC)
  • Gently used soccer gear to donate
Fees:
*** Please note there are no hidden buyout fees for volunteer hours or fundraising as with other soccer leagues.

  • $85 per child (includes trophey & team photo)
  • $65 under 6 (includes trophey, team photo, & jersey)
  • $55 complete uniform (shirt w/ name, shorts, & socks)
  • Late Registration (after July 1st) - $95 per child
